• Cancellation window: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing hello@lasercowboy.co.uk.
• Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing text or imagery that we deem offensive, abusive, or infringing on trademarks.

• Turnaround times: Engraving takes time. Estimated production and shipping timelines are guidelines, not guarantees.
• Delivery issues: Laser Cowboy is not responsible for postal delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or lost packages once marked as delivered.

• Store assets: All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Laser Cowboy.
• Custom uploads: By submitting custom designs or logos for engraving, you confirm that you own the rights to that imagery and that it does not violate any copyright laws.
