Refund policy

• Final sale: All custom, personalised, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
• Accuracy check: Please double-check all spelling and personalisation details before placing your order. 

• Time window: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Production lock: Cancellations cannot be processed after 2 hours because  most engraving work begins immediately.
• How to cancel: Email your order number to hello@lasercowboy.co.uk within the 2-hour window.

• Eligibility: If your item arrives broken, defective, or with an engraving error made by Laser Cowboy, we will gladly send a replacement for the effected item(s) - Please provide picture evidence and a description of the defect. 
• Reporting window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Required proof: Email hello@lasercowboy.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage or mistake.

• Shipping costs: Laser Cowboy covers all shipping costs for sending replacements of damaged or incorrect items.
• Processing time: Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
